Make School's Student App Competition 2017

Make School is hosting an app competition for high school and college students!

The winner will receive an all expenses paid trip to San Francisco to tour Google, Airbnb, and fast growing startups, have dinner with a high profile entrepreneur/investor, and get product coaching from Make School founders and instructors!

Additional prizes include promotion of your app to a 300k person audience, a gaming console, a drone with high resolution camera, and discounts to the Make School Summer Academy.

One of the prizes is a raffle prize, so we encourage you to submit a project even if it's a simple app. Our goal for the competition is to inspire as many students as possible to build and ship a product!

The scope is completely open, build an app, game, website, or VR experience. Tackle any problem in any industry or delight users with a gaming experience.

What is Make School?

Make School is a computer science and product development school based out of Silicon Valley.

At the Summer Academy you will design, code and launch your own iOS app, mobile game, or virtual reality experience. There are locations across the U.S. and Asia, with beginner to advanced courses taught by industry professionals.

Participants in Make School's App Competition 2017 with at least 10 upvotes on their entry will receive priority admission for the Summer Academy and a $250 discount on tuition. To claim your discount, submit an application to the Summer Academy here.
